Do I need to be home?
For the attic portion, yes, or arrange access. The attic is where leaks are confirmed.

Is this the same as a home inspection?
No. General inspectors look from the ground or a ladder. We walk the roof and inspect the attic.
Will you pressure me to buy a roof?
