Why Flat Roofs Leak, and How Ours Don’t
Water doesn’t run off a flat roof. It has to be drained.

Coat It or Replace It?
A coating is a great investment on the right roof and wasted on the wrong one.
Sound membrane, dry underneath, simply aging: a silicone coating restores it for years at a fraction of replacement. Wet insulation beneath: coating traps the moisture and the roof fails anyway. We test for moisture before recommending either.
